We had an amazing trip to Iceland thanks to Marisa! Marisa was very communicative and helped us build our personalized itinerary from scratch with all the excursions/activities that we like. We had a few hiccups due to the changes we made and Marisa jumped on the issues right away to resolve the problems. Marisa is a very responsive and readily available, checking on us daily to ensure everything went well. In addition, we were able to save some money on lodging as Marisa was very vigilant in monitoring the lodging situation and was able to switch and move us closer to our destinations and still achieve cost savings. I would highly recommend Travel by Marisa to anyone looking to customize their own itinerary while having all hotels, guides, and transportation coordinated for them. Marisa was a pleasure to work with and we had an awesome trip!
